Always tiny images Are showing

  • Always tiny images Are showing. When a comment is made by user with image, it always show a small image. I can’t resolve it.

    I want to set width=”100%” and Height=”100%”

    All comment made under My site is showing tiny in size.

    Please resolve my issue.
