  • Hi, @virtualsurver. These messages are saying that a core WordPress file (wp-includes/load.php) is missing from the server.

So, to correct the problem, you could download a fresh copy of WordPress, unzip it to your local computer, then use FTP to upload that file to the server again.

Hi and thanks for the help. You know you would think that your hosting provider would be a little more knowledgeable about the exact service they are providing but to my surprise when i did open wp-includes it was empty no files no folders nothing.

I got back in contact with support with my hosting provider and now a next agent is telling me the database restore is not complete while the last one said he could not figure out what to do and that i may need a developer, I am waiting a while to see if everything starts back to work but thanks again. Will let you know how it turns out.

Hey so my website famousstylishnails.com is backup and running the database restore was not completed and it was having some mix up of information on part of my host provider telling me different stories as to why it was not working but thanks for the assist anyway.
