Am I getting config wrong??

    The correct URL to load the install.php file is:

    https://tryoutthis.site90.com/wp-admin/install.php

    public_html is your document root. When you are viewing your site, you are already in your document root and do not need to include it in the url to view other files or folders inside public_html.
