Am I missing a step?

I’ve installed the plugin and activated it, but my site continues to load the locally hosted jQuery. I’ve disabled the cache and tried the site in multiple browsers, but nothing is different. Is there something further I need to do? Is there a way to see if my theme doesn’t allow for this to work?
