Am I the only one who can sign In?

Ok I am kind of tired here so forgive me if i dont state this right.
Ok so i installed your plug in … which i like it very much.
But i did I do something wrong?
So I noticed there is no options for creating a log in on my page for other people to log in.

it says please log in to post questions or answers.

But no place to create this.

i tried to log in from different places. and then my wordpress login comes up saying to many failed replys.

I dont get it. Please help. How do people create a user name and password to be able to log in?
