I am using Form Maker to create a registration form and I’m using two page breaks to split it up into three “pages”. The form can be viewed here https://turkeytrot.printandpixelcreative.com/?page_id=42

I want to have title on each page, and a small snippet of information below that, and I’ve successfully added a few Custom HTML fields to two of the pages, but I cannot add a third Custom HTML field to the last page. Every time I try, it will not let me hit “Save” (it also won’t let me duplicate an already existing Custom HTML field).

I want to change the header text from h2 to an h3, but it won’t let me save the edited fields and when I click “Cancel”, the fields are deleted!

    Any ideas?

    Dear pshay92,

Please note, that on this page it’s not the form, that you are pointing to. Could you please send the link of it?
And also when you save, can you please check with the error console, if there are any JavaScript errors? Please copy and send them to [email protected].

That page was the page where the form was, but I have since edited it to all be one page, thinking maybe I could add Custom HTML fields when I did that. That didn’t work, so instead of adding the page breaks again, I’ve just left it like this. It still will not let me edit, duplicate, or add new Custom HTML fields.

I don’t know what the error console is!

    Dear pshay92,

Please hit F12, when you click Save. And then go to Console to view the errors.

    Thank you.

It says this “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘id’ of undefined”

    Dear pshay92,

The Custom HTML issue was fixed in Form Maker’s version 1.1.10 .
