Hello, 2nd day received this error. Now WordPress is giving us updates on errors. But, there is nothing wrong with the contact form delivery, tested one. Which is always great!! Thanks.

This is the error, replaced my actual domain with mydomain below.
    Any Ideas? Thanks.

    AM_Deactivation_Survey’ not found in /srv/users/webnut/apps/mydomain/public/wp-content/plugins/wpforms-lite/src/WPForms.php:327

  • Hi @healthy-lawn-dude,

I’m sorry you’re running into this error!

I’m not sure why it would be displaying for you, but as it happens we’re actually removing that part of our code in our next update (which we hope to release in the next week or two).

In the meantime, depending on where this error is displaying, you may be able to hide that by following this tutorial. Those steps make PHP errors get sent to an error log file, so they’re better contained and easier to refer back to if needed.

    I hope this helps!

I had subscribed to your premium package and then within the 30 days asked to be removed. The one year renewal date of that event is coming up.
Received another error message today. I look forward to your update that will remove that code.
