Could be the perfect solution

Hi there!
This is an absolutely wonderful solution to anyone who wants to start chatting with their website customers.
However, if i can make a suggestion for future updates. Our business already uses VoIP phones with 3CX and we are using desktop apps and mobile apps for it to.
It would be absolutely amazing if we can get a desktop or mobile app (or both) to chat with the customers on the website, we already have so many websites open it’s just much easyer to have a dedicated app and not have to login to the wordpress backend. In my experiece, I recognize the chat plugin from an old plugin I used before (I think 3cx bought this plugin) and trough the browser, pings / updates and chats don’t work 100% always. Already in the 1st minute of starting a new chat on the website I went into the chats in the wordpress backend.. theres a notification that someone started a chat, but not the 1st message/question of the customer. These things completely break the reliability and will prevent us from ever using it commercially. We would rather pay a flat fee for a plugin that always 100% works and is connected to a desktop or mobile app.
