If you havent tried this software yet for your store, you need to. This is undoubtedly one of the things, that will put your mind at ease. If your store makes a decent flow of items, you can make the software calculate how much stock of each item you need, or go the route i choose, and pick a minimum number that should be in stock of the given item.
