    Hi,

first of all, great plugins. Powerful and does what it says.
I just would like to ask a bit of your time to check why the filter is a bit slow to load the result.

On my website store, it really take a good 5s to display the result. It doesn’t feel right.

    Host: Siteground
    Theme: Avada
    WPML (english/japanese).
I have filters for desktop version and other for mobile.

    So on the shop page:
    – DESKTOP: filters are on the sidebar
    – MOBILE: filter are on the top in a container that isn’t visible in mobile and then desktop sidebar is hidden.

I was wondering if i had a comflit with duplicated query but doesn’t look like.
If i try a standard store page follow a tag or category, only the sidebar filter are showing (no special mobile filter). Still it is slow.

    For your info:
    – hide value without product
    – hide empty widgets
    – hide out of stock variation (disabled)

    Thanks

    Hi,

Please install QueryMonitor plugin and check the SQL queries time.

This will be a good start to understand what is being slow and if nobody else is adding own SQL parts in our queries.

    Thanks Dima.

i don’t know how to use this plugin but allow me to try.

I found out a total of 591 query.
Berocket plugin represent a total of 6 queries.

    See the picture.

I have zero RED COLOR time for all my queries so all are resonnable speed i guess? but please note that if i filter by time (slow to quicker), the berocket queries are on the top, meaning the heavier one to load?

    Hello,

Plugin has multiple settings that can slow down page load and you can change it if you do not need it:
    – Set option Values count and output to All non-empty values are displayed; standard recounting is applied, but it will disable any recounting after filtering.
If you have value All empty values are removed based on page (categories/tags/ etc.); filters are applied in recounting attribute values; all empty values based on applied filters will be hidden then change it to latest value that works similar but faster Filters are applied in recounting attribute values; empty values are removed on the server-side
    – Set option Hide out of stock variations(Plugin settings -> Advanced tab) to Disabled if you do not have variations or do not need variations search.
    – Disable both options of Display variation data(Plugin settings -> Advanced tab) if you do not need those functions or do not have variable products.
    – Disable Search variation price(Plugin settings -> Advanced tab) if you do not need search price of variations.

    Hi Oleg,

thanks for taking the time to reply.
I set up as per your instruction the free plugin’s option already.
It was more or less my existing set up in any case.

The plugin’s work great, i’ll work with my server side to improve it.
