Amazing Customer Support

We recently installed and configured Charitable and it covered almost everything we needed. We asked for assistance in adding a list tag when creating/updating a contact in Mailchimp and within a day the dev team had added the required hook to the Mailchimp integration plugin and released an update! They even wrote and provided a code snippet to get it working in our application.
