Amazing Customer Support after purchase

I initially had issues loading the upgrade of the layout I wanted after purchasing it. I reached out via email to get some help with my issue and not only did I get a response before the night was out, they were kind enough to go in and fix my errors for me without having to ask. I truly appreciate them taking time to be concerned and it was done in such a timely fashion.
