    hello

    thanks for the great work,

I have a couple of suggestions that will make this my daily driver in delivering the orders in my business
1- when a user assigns a driver for an order, the plugin is creating an order note but unfortunately, this note is anonymous, if such a note is showing who’s the user who assigned the driver this will be amazing.
2-when an order is assigned to a driver the order status is still not changed, this is a bit confusing when you check the order status and they are still processing, for example, can the plugin create another order status like “Driver Assigned” so it would be much easier for the admins and the customers to check the orders.

    best regards

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us,
We are very happy to read your feedback.

Your suggestions are already in developing progress for the premium version of this plugin.

If you ask why not in the free version that’s because in the free version only admin users can assign delivery drivers to orders, and on the premium version, both admin users and delivery drivers can assign orders, and there it’s very important to know who assigned it.
About your second suggestion, we want to offer a different process flow as a premium feature, the flow includes this new status.

I am going to mark this as “resolved” but if you have any more comments, feel free to reach out to us again.

    All the best.

thank you for the reply, will be waiting for those features soon, just note that the user had to be a bit specified not just like “admin” one more thing; the driver dashboard for the assigned or OFD orders is showing the location only, will be better to add the customer name and mobile number with the location so he has a better view on the assigned orders.

since yesterday I was testing the plugin and unfortunately, i got this error too many times :

    <div class=’alert alert-danger’ >Security Check Failure</div>

VM7114:1 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0
    at JSON.parse (<anonymous>)
    at Object.success (h6cu9.js:264)
    at i (h6cu8.js:1)
    at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (h6cu8.js:1)
    at x (h6cu8.js:3)
    at XMLHttpRequest.c (h6cu8.js:3)

this error is only fixed while the cash is flushed, I am using WPFC premium and never had a problem with any plugin, once cache is flushed everything is fine but after a while, the error is back and I can’t log into the driver panel.

    All the best

Thanks for getting back to us with that information.

The user will be added to the order notes with his name.
We definitely will consider adding the details that you mention to the orders on those screens.

Sorry to hear that you have the security check alert. That appends when you try to work with the admin panel and the driver panel in the same browser.
The driver panel is for the delivery drivers to access it from their mobile without logged in as an administrator to the admin panel.

If you want to be logged in as an administrator and to be able to check the delivery driver panel on the same device, try working with two different browsers.

But definitely, we will improve this alert to be more clear what the problem is.

Let me know how it goes and if you need any further assistance.
    All the best.

    Hello

thanks for the clarification, now all set no problems.

is there any way to get a filter in the orders panel or a report so we can check which orders are assigned to which driver?

for example, I have 500 local orders and 10 delivery drivers, is there any way to check for a certain driver how many orders he got and how many are delivered or still not delivered, as of now I assigned orders but eventually I got confused which driver has which order and if delivered or not, I found myself is obliged to log in as a driver and manually check for each order.

    All the best.

You can only view the driver name column on orders, add it from the screen options.
We will add reports and shipping fee features in the next versions.

    All the best.

the driver column is not helping unfortunately with the large volume orders, the reports or filter will be much more practical, I am eager to buy the premium one, I will keep an eye on it once tweaked I will join you asap.

    Thanks
