Amazing flexibility and support!

The plugin is simply amazing. It creates backups you can manage and download to your computer and you can easily transfer sites from different WordPress installations just by copy-pasting a link. The support is astonishing, and I felt treated like a Premium user, despite being a free user. It’s very flexible to use, with inclusion/exclusion rules (very useful when you need to exclude, for instance, unnecessary cache folders and keep smaller zip files sizes), backup scheduling, backups prior to plugin updates… Undoubtly, a must.
