Amazing plugin but cant see the setting button

    This is the first time I am writing review about an wordpress plugin as I am really happy to see how it looks on my site https://www.fitnessncare.com . However, I cant see the setting button. Also related posts are coming from all categories not from single related category. Apart from that it looks so beautiful specially the thumbnail.
