AMAZING Support

  • RT Media has incredible support. I use this plugin for my site and my entire home page functionality rests on this plugin. When there was a glitch in my site due to an outdated file, RT Media responded within hours and fixed the problem for me—they then told me what steps I should take to update my file to ensure the problem wouldn’t happen again. I have two different sites and so many plugins and this was by far the best customer support I have ever received for a wordpress plugin.
