• Granted, the first reply to my support question went unnoticed for a while. But one has to take into consideration that this is a rather niche plugin, there were no previous support requests here and the developer states that support is mainly via direct mail or GitHub. When the reply came the author was apologetic (although it was my fault!).

    The author was incredibly forthcoming and helpful way beyond what I expected. It’s hard to find payed plugins with that level of support – and this one’s free.

    Oh, and it obviously helps that the plugin works as intended ?? It is very useful and a real time saver if one has to roll out private plugins to a lot of sites.
