    Wow, incredible support. Very responsive and helpful in their forums, including by the company leaders. When there were some things missing, in one case Pippin wrote a small plug-in for me at no charge, and for another, they rather quickly had a payment gateway add-on built and added to their marketplace.

    It was unfortunate to learn they didn’t yet have an activity event booking tool that fits my site, so in the end I’ve had to go with WooCommerce, which quite simply palls in comparison when it comes to support, which in my opinion is quite important with this business model.

    As soon as something like WooCommerce Bookings comes to EDD (or is compatible with EDD), I’ll be jumping ship back to EDD.
