Amazing Support

I’ve been using this for about a year – without any problem at all. Then on a recent update it broke. It said to “click here” to rebuild the database, which I did, but that didn’t fix it.

I came here to leave a 1-star review and then thought I’d try to contact them to see if they could help first. (It’s only fair, you know).

They responded literally within an hour, asked for some information. I sent them the information and then apparently it was late night their time while it was still daytime here. But as soon as morning came there I got an email from them saying it was fixed!

So very awesome support, plus the guy who I was writing back and forth with was very professional, kind and courteous. I really appreciate that.
