Amazing support

I purchased the AWPCP plugin as well as several of their other modules. Most recently I purchased the subscription modules and experienced some difficulties.

I emailed their support and was answered promptly by Dave. A lot of emails back and forth as we tried to resolve several issues (including my site being hacked) and through it all Dave was always there and very patient. When he couldn’t answer a question, he offered to speak to his programmers and get back to me – which he also did – very promptly.

In this day and age there is so much terrible support out there. I must say I am so impressed by this company. I just wish I could give it 10 starts instead of the 5 allotted ??
