    I am using WooCommerce on every e-commerce website I develop. Objectively speaking, we all know the product’s pros and cons.

    However, I am pleasantly surprised by the free support provided here in the forum ??

    Last week I reported an issue with importing products using a .csv sheet. A specific to me issue, I guess, that definitely doesn’t affect all WooCommerce users. I never expected a resolution, to be honest. The forum is full of so many support requests daily and I didn’t expect my issue would get any attention.

    Yet over the course of a few days 5 different support representatives worked hard, testing and directing in detail, to get the issue solved for me. I never expected this much dedication and effort – especially for a free product. Something we often don’t get for paid products either!

    The problem was resolved and I am very happy with this experience. I wish the team to continue being so dedicated and caring – it’s rarity in this field and not only.
