Amazon Affiliate Images Being Resized

On this home page, I added Amazon affiliate images with code generated by Amazon. It didn’t matter if I picked small, medium, or large image from the code generator. Once I previewed or published, the images became huge.

How can I fix this so the images stay the size that Amazon intends them to be with their code? Or, if I can’t keep them the size Amazon intends, how can I at least control how big they will be? Right now they are so big they are fuzzy and slow to load.
