Amazon Affiliate Product Availability Tracker

The app doesn’t want to connect with my new or old Amazon Associate credentials. It’s a WordPress app that is always showing disconnected. I tried and reinstalled and come up with the same results. I also wonder if another app might be interfering with it.

Thanks for using our plugin.

There are several reason why the plugin will show disconnected, some of the most common ones being:

• Server has an incorrect date/time configuration.
• Server not having cURL libraries installed or enabled.
• Typos on the credentials entered by the user. E.g. trailing spaces, etc.

The scan web edition does scan. I normally stop the scan cause I’m not sure if it’s working or not being it takes so long. Is it normally a quick scan or does it take a very long time to scan? I even spoke with Amazon and they said credentials are good to be sure it’s not that.

Thanks for your reply. The online scan normally takes between 30 seconds to a couple of minutes, depending on the length of the page to scan, and the server response time.

If your API credentials are correct, then is most likely something to do with the configuration of the server.

Checking the website of your profile it looks like you are using Woocommerce to display products with the affiliate link.

The plugin scan won’t currently give you any results, since it does only support body post and pages for the time being.
