Hi MailPoet Staff,

When I use the instructions you provided to ramu3000, the wp_mail() option becomes available, however, after I choose it, the formatting of the emails is off. They appear as just one long “text” message without any formatting such as line spacing, etc. Any ideas?

Are you just using wp_mail to send?!

Yes.

Sorry about that Mark, that option is not completely reliable, that’s why it doesn’t show up by default as an option on our Settings page. Unfortunately there’s nothing we can do about that.

You’ll have to check your plugins, maybe one of them is causing a conflict with the wp_mail() function.
