Amazon app store links are not showing

  • Hi,

    I am trying to use [appbox amazonapps B08BG9MPT9 screenshots ] to get amazon app store link but I am getting “The app was not found in the store”. But I click on go to store, it is going to right link.

    It used to work when I tested few days ago and I deleted the page.

    Anything wrong?

    When I enabled error output to be displayed on the screen, below error is shown:

    The Amazon integration has only been retained for old apps. Due to hard bot detection by Amazon, apps can no longer be requested via the Amazon website, but via Google. Very error-prone, but unfortunately there is no other solution. You can find out more in the FAQ.

    I have uploaded version 4.5.0, which now (again) uses the Amazon PA API 5.0. Other options apart from the API have been removed.

    Quote from the updated FAQ:

    The Amazon Product Advertising API 5.0 is used for Android apps and Alexa Skills from Amazon. Own access is required for use, more information can be found here. The PA API 5.0 information can be entered in the “advanced settings” tab of WP-Appbox. Please note that no exact error checking can be done and depending on the access level, the queries can be exhausted quickly. Currently experimental.
