Amazon Associates Link is taking me to Viglink

I do not have viglink installed on my wordpress site. I recently signed up for an Amazon Associates account. I installed the html they provided in my post where I wanted it (the 3 underlined links). However, when I go to my site and click on the links they do not take me to the Amazon product, the links take me to a viglink page. Also there are words throughout my blog that are highlighted and have links taking people away from my site. Is this viglink? I don’t see it anywhere in settings or plugins. How do I get rid of it? I’m not a code person so I need things to be explained extremely basic. Thank you so much for your help. I’ve been trying to figure this out on my own for too long now.
