Does anyone know how to exclude Amazon bot traffic from statistics coming from Ashburn, VA? Here’s an example:

    Hi @harryl1020

Thank you for opening this thread.

It does not seem that this statistics is related to a bot, but rather to users who are using a VPN.

If you do not want these IPs to be tracked, you can enter them in the IP Exclusions section under Settings – Filtering & Exceptions, so that their subsequent visits will no longer be recorded.

I hope this can be helpful to you.

I can confirm that it’s not human traffic. The pages that are visited are old and not indexed and not something not anyone would be interested in. Also, I use Ezoic and they’re not including this traffic in their analytics. Also, it’s hundreds of views per day so I can’t just add them to the IP exclusions category, and it’s constant. Please take another look. Does anyone know the name of the bots because I tried adding ‘amazonbot’ and ‘ia_archiver’ to the “Robot List” section and this doesn’t seem to help.

Please check if the Referrer Spam Blacklist option in the Settings – Data Sources path is enabled. Also, update the Refresh Blacklist Data by clicking on Update in the same section.

Additionally, in the Robot List in the Settings – Filtering & Exceptions path, enter the name “Amazon Bot”.
