Amazon HTML Ad Code not Working on Ad Options

Under Theme Options, there is Ad Placment Units in the paid version of the theme.
I have tried copy and pasting the HTML code provided by Amazon but they do not work. When updating changes, the code simply dissapears.
Can anyone help?
