    this is most likely due to mis-configuration

    could you please go to toolbox -> import/export -> reset to default , does it work on default ?

    that means one of the options you previous enabled caused issue , now please try narrow down which option that was and we will see what to do next

    I have done everything. If I narrow down the things, it wouldn’t let me.
