Amazon items disappear

Hello, we have purchased the pro version of this plugin and are using it to create affiliate content. We see that when an item disappears from amazon and content-egg updates it, the item simply disappears also in the grid on the backend side (When you edit posts).

How can the product be kept on this grid even if it does not exist on amazon and continue updating the price and stock of the rest of the items?
