Amazon Media Manager Help!

Hey I’ve been trying to install amm on my blog https://paradisephoto.org/blog/ but I can’t seem to get it to work. I’ve been following the tutorial on https://www.sozu.co.uk/software/amm/installation.php but after I upload the files, I don’t understand what processes to do next such as editing the amm_extras file or whatnot. I’m not that familiar with php so I need help. I don’t know what to add on my template or where to do so either. Lastly, my sidebar is currently manged by a widget manager and I was wondering how I can;t use the widget manager and still have the amm plugin… I need tons of help. Thanks in advance!
