Amazon Order from Italy not to be found within WC backend

    Dear support team,

    I have the issue that an order from Italy is not to be found within the woocommerce backend.
    We have a mixture of transport fulfillment either
    1. to be done from us via DHL or
    2. to be done from amazon because delivery is made by amazon.

    Usually all amazon orders are to be found within the backend but this order from Italy is not found.

    1. I there a country restriction that prevent the order to be send to woocommerce?
    2. Why does this happen?
    3. How to solve?
    4. How to enable to see the order in the backend to be activated?

    No, WooCommerce is open-source and available to everyone.

    Please note that by default the WooCommerce plugin doesn’t integrate with Amazon. It appears you’re using a plugin to integrate WooCommerce with Amazon.

    We highly recommended contacting the plugin developers as they’re in the best position to assist you.

    thanks for your response. We are using this plugin addon
    Multichannel for WooCommerce: Google, Amazon, eBay & Walmart Integration

    Let me check, if they may have a solution for this problem.
