Amazon Product Advertising API key is not working with pro plugin

  • Amazon Product Advertising API key is not working with pro plugin.
    My pro account status is active but my API key ”
    Disconnected” and show Failed authentication. after save .

    Hi,

    Do you mean it connects when you deactivate the Pro version? When you have a problem with connecting to the Amazon API, most of the time, you cannot connect it in the both free and Pro versions. Please check whether you can connect it only with the free version or not.

    And if you are a paid user, you can use the priority Email support. The address is written on the purchase receipt sent to you when you made the purchase.
