I ticked Amazon S3 as the backup destination, but there is nowhere to fill out the details, like the region, bucket and the Amazon keys.

  • Hi, @lesi!

Thank you for choosing Backup WD!

After you mark Amazon S3 as the backup destination, please navigate to Amazon S3 tab. It contains all the settings for setting access keys, choosing regions, bucket and more.

Also, here is the link to Amazon S3 section of Backup WD user guide. It will help you through the configuration of the plugin.

Let us know in case you have questions. We’re happy to help!
    Cheers!

Yes I appreciate that, but nothing happens when I click any of the tabs in the left sidebar. The tabs are clickable. Tried different browsers, disabled add- and script blockers, nothing…

Windows 10, latest WP version, GeneratePress Premium theme, no unusual plugins.

    Update:

I created a new empty WP installation and installed Backup WD. There it works fine. So, it must be one of the plugins.

    Update 2:

    Found the culprit: SmartGrid Gallery.

    Hey, @lesi!

Thanks so much for reporting about this conflict!

I have notified our development team, seems like the cause of the issue is in SmartGrid Gallery, but hopefully, the team can implement a workaround.

    Cheers!
