Amazon S3 and Cloudfront

  • Hello,

    I am trying to figure out how I can use my S3 bucket for storage as well as point my CloudFront Distribution to that origin.

    If I choose Amazon CloudFront under Pull/Mirror the only option I have on the CDN settings configuration area is to replace the site’s hostname with the subdomain of the distribution I created.

    I cannot change the Origin input which has the Create distribution button next to it on the W3 Total Cache settings screen.

    If I choose Amazon CloudFront Pull and proceed with creating a distribution via W3 Total Cache, then it operates fine. However, wouldn’t it be ideal to deliver my content with CloudFront but store it on S3 so it’s not stored on my host server?
