Amazon S3 wrong backups

    I’ve cloned a site by restoring a backup from another. I then changed the S3 location to a unique name, but when I Rescan remote storage shows me many other backups. I guess these are from other S3 locations.

    It would also be nice if the Existing Backup page shows which are remote vs. local.

    Hi,

    The cloned database will still have records of the old backups. If you select all backup sets (using CTRL+click), then delete the backup sets WITHOUT deleting them from remote storage, these records will be removed. You can then re-scan remote storage to retrieve an accurate list of the backup sets from the new S3 location.

    We will add your suggestion for marking remote vs local to our future development list.
