Amazon SES out of the sandbox but 400 bad request, Email not verified

    I installed the plugin, went successful through the Setup Wizard, got the e-mail from Amazon SES, that I am out of the sandbox. But whewn I want to send a Test email I get this error:

    Error executing "SendRawEmail" on "https://email.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com"; AWS HTTP error: Client error:POST https://email.eu-central-1.amazonaws.comresulted in a400 Bad Requestresponse: <ErrorResponse xmlns="https://ses.amazonaws.com/doc/2010-12-01/"> <Error> <Type>Sender</Type> <Code>MessageReje (truncated...) MessageRejected (client): Email address is not verified.     Any idea?

    Beside of EDD Easy digital downloads I use the BPS Bulletproof Security Plugin, but I don’t think this is reason.

  • If you have the BPS Pro plugin then there is 1 minor known issue > https://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/wp-ses-offload-plugin-email-problem/. The fix in that forum topic may also work for issues with other plugins that you have installed.

    Question to WP Offload SES Lite Support Team:
    Will you either publish a micro plugin as solution for this problem or fix your plugin?

    If I will have to fix the functions.php manually on each website with an editor, then I guess I will have to change to another SMTP plugin.
