Amazon Widget Shortcode doesn't work

I installed the widget Amazon Shortcode. It worked very well for a few days. Now it is no longer possible to see the slideshow or carousel on my site (although the link-product still works). But on the site, we see the space where the carousel should appear. What should I do? Thank you for your response.
