Tried to contact through Amelia site to ask my questions but it came out that you can contact them only when you have already bought their plugin… so I try my luck here.

I tried Amelia plugin free version and liked it’s design and customization options ect but before I make purchase for PRO I got few questions.?

    1. Is it possible to add tick box somewhere in the booking process when customer is making an appointment that he/she needs agrees to our company’s booking policy to get booked and then add there also the active clickable link what leads to policy page?

    2) I don’t want to list my whole day for booking mainly because I got most of times already booked and I want to use Amelia only for some few last available appointments to fill them with possible customers from homepage. And secondly I got so many services where many of them can be actually done together in the same amount of time. For example brow procedure alone is 30min but when clients wants also upper lip waxing what is 5min then when they are booking then this time adds up to brow procedure (30min+5min = total 35min) but it’s not actually true because I can fit that upper lip wax to that 30min brow appointment. So this system really doesn’t work quite right for me…

So is it possible for me just to list to my calendar specific time and date and procedures what can be done in that available time? For ex. I wanna list that 17th Feb 14:30 is available for only lash lift or lash lift+brows (so I finish at 16:90), and 15:30 on that same day is also available but for brows only (finish time also 16:00). And when they book brows then the option for lash lift+brows goes away or when they will book lashes+brows then the alone brow procedure goes away from free times. How can I do that??

And does Amelia have mobile app too where I could easily have an overview of my schedule and access to my bookings?

  • I am am end user but I can help, you can edit the the booking form using WordPress blogs, so you can create a check mark box and you can also have a link to your policy.

    The second part is that

One way to do this is list all the different combinations of services

    such as :

    1 Lashes :5 minutes

    2 Lashes and brows : 15 minutes

3 Lashes and brows and lips: 30 minutes

I am not familiar with your services but you will need to list the entire list of combination of services, starting off with the individual services and then combine them with other services and book the time for each service.

Hi there, thanks for reaching out and sorry for the late response!

Thank you for your help @snowfox6.

@browmaniac With the full version of the plugin, you can add Custom Fields, so you can collect more info from your customers. Custom Fields can be selectboxes, text entries, check boxes, radio buttons, attachments, and address.

    2. You can add Extras to your services. Extras can have a duration, but they don’t need to have it. You can also set the price for the extra, so the 5-minute lip waxing can be added as an extra that doesn’t extend the duration of the appointment, but is also charged, as an up-sell.

Let us know if you have any follow-up questions.
