    For over two weeks, each night around the same time, Amelia de-activates. I’ve looked at my logs / cron & there isn’t anything else happening around the time Amelia is turning off.

    I’m able to re-activate it manually without any issues.

    Any thoughts?

    I’m using Amelia 7.4, WordPress 6.4.3.

    Since you’re using the Premium version of the plugin, please open a ticket on our official support platform, and we’ll gladly help you there.

    Premium products are not supported in these forums.

    Hi – I opened a ticket on January 20th. The issue is not resolved, and I was hoping someone here (possibly another customer) might have some experience with the same issue. Unfortunately, the most frequently Support replies is once per day, but I haven’t had a response for 4 days.

    I see a few login attempts, but for some reason, the team isn’t able to log in.
