American Sign Language video comments, please

    This request is special because we Deaf people prefer to use video clips to express our thoughts in American Sign Language, rather than typing our second language, English in comments.

    I am posting this as a feature request or someone clever can hack the plugin to allow the blog moderator to allow each video clip (URL or embedded code) in the comment section.

    Teri of her blog, Deaf Dish, needs to insert the embed code manually in comment php pages to allow the videos to show up in the comment section.

    It would be nice if a visitor leaves the embed video code (video clip as her/his response) and it is approved by the moderator and the video clip will show up in the comment section.

  • I’ve been looking into a similar thing myself for BSL (British Sign Language) where I’ve been vlogging for quite a while now, but where I vlog in one language, the comments is in another language which isn’t quite the natural flow of a one language site ??
