amount can’t be more than 100,000,000

there is a problem with charging or reducing user wallet with amount > 100,000,000.
when I charge user wallet by more than 100,000,000 it only charges 100,000,000.
or when the user buy something more than 100,000,000 it reduces the user wallet by 100,000,000
