    Dear Team,

I am using Ad inserter for more than a year, ads were showing on both AMP and Desktop pages successfully. Since yesterday the AMP page ads are not showing, I have also tried deleting the old AMP code and added the new code but still not showing.

The Desktop version ad is showing properly. Pls support.

    Rgds

    Hello,

we can only check if the ad codes are inserted as configured. This is what the plugin does. It does not display anything. However, remote debugging doesn’t seem to be enabled:
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/ad-inserter-support-forum-before-you-ask-for-help/

But I can see ads displayed on the AMP page.

Hi, had the same problem after the 2.7.23 version update.

With 2.7.22 version, my Adsense slots on AMP were working.

Upgrading to 2.7.23, the same slots on AMP are no more working.

Downgrading to 2.7.22 the same slots on AMP are working again.

This in my peppe8o.com blog. So, for the moment the only workaround has been a plugin rollback

Same here on AdInserter Pro. Thank you peppe8o. How do I roll back to 2.7.22?

Hi. I have a WordPress plugin (WP Rollback), which allows me to easily perform a whatever plugin downgrade. It’s really useful when any plugin upgrade creates regression problems like the one notified in this issue.

By the way, I discovered that with the “Use client-side detection to…” set to “show” instead of “insert” is a workaround to solve the AMP problem. But now the question is: what is the difference between “show” and “insert” in this option?

Hi peppe8o, thank you for your kind answer. I tried to use this plugin but faced a problem: on my plugins page, the link “Rollback” has appeared under all installed plugins, except for Ad Inserter Pro and WP-Rocket (both paid). Does it work on paid plugin versions? Is there a way to use the Rollback plugin except for clicking the links on the plugins page? As for show vs insert, I understand that the show option leaves a blank space on a page if an ad isn’t displayed, and the insert option doesn’t do it ??

Regarding the links for WP Rollback, you should ask the plugin developers, I’m just a user.

About the show/insert differences, it would be useful to get an answer from the AD Inserter developers. By the way, I would prefer that the solution would not send to the user the code instead of creating a space not appearing. As for the best practices on general coding, that’s because if a code piece isn’t necessary to the user it would be better that this code isn’t loaded

Thank you, peppe8o, for your answer. Yes, I agree with you. Anyway, I hope that the Ad Inserter developer will settle the problems of the 2.7.23 version update soon.

    Hello,

the latest development version should fix device detection on AMP pages:
    https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/ad-inserter.zip

If you need Pro version and can’t wait for the next release (or need previous version), then please contact Pro support (Forum guidelines):
    https://adinserter.pro/contact#help

Thank you Spacetime. I tried to address the Pro support but it demands the remote debugging that I can’t provide because it’s prohibited by the business owner. Can you provide us with a Pro 2.7.22 download link without remote debugging?
