  • Thanks for reaching out. When you mention you’re encountering an error in Search Console is this when you perform a check on a particular URL using the URL inspecting tool or when checking any URLs using the AMP URL or other feature?

If you want to share the steps you take to encounter this I’ll see if I can determine what’s occurring.

I’ve been unable to recreate any issues from my side when using the URL inspection tool within Search Console, which is where I suspect you’re checking this.

Can you share whether you’re entering a newly created post or page in the URL inspection tool or are you checking an existing URL, which is already indexed?

    Hi James,
I’m Tito Abreu and work with Edward Ponte, owner of the post in question.
I am answering your question on his behalf.

We are doing URL navigation through Google Search Console and it is an existing page, which has already been indexed and worked correctly.

    Thanks
    Tito Abreu

Hi Tito, thanks for the update. When I check the AMP version of your homepage I don’t encounter any issues when performing a Search Console AMP test.

Can you share a specific AMP URL where you encounter this notice? Alternatively you can share a video of this behaviour using a service such as Loom or RecordIt.

    Hi James,
    Thanks for answering.
So … The problem happens with any page within the property.
It is a relatively recent problem. For a long time it worked perfectly.
For a few weeks now, we’ve been having this kind of error.
When we test the page using other verification tools such as:
AMP Test or Ritch Results – there is no problem on the page.
We were able to test that when we have Plugin AMP enabled, this problem occurs. But when we deactivate the Plugin, all pages start to work correctly, the Public URL Test no longer shows the error, an indexing request returned as positive.

    You can test these URLs:
    https://fullworks.net.br/loja/balcao-de-degustacao/
    https://fullworks.net.br/loja/backdrop-aranha/
    https://fullworks.net.br/loja/totem-alcool-gel/
    https://fullworks.net.br/o-que-fazemos/letra-caixa/
These are some of the pages tested recently, really, today.

I made a video as suggested, so you can see how the error behaves.

    Thanks again
    Tito Abreu

Hi Tito, thanks for going to the trouble of making the video, very useful to see what’s occurring. I’ve performed some checks on your site with the first URL provided and I don’t see anything unusual which may be resulting in this behavior.

So we can investigate this further please perform the following checks:

    1. Create a new page or post and then disable AMP for this new URL. After doing so please check this new URL in Search Console.
    2. Can you temporarily deactivate your optimization plugin and perform another check? It looks like your content is minified, with resourced also combined.
    3. Can you temporarily disable mobile redirection within the AMP plugin before performing another Search Console check?

Let me know if you have any questions on the above.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you require any further assistance.
