    Hello

On the 14th of may I decided to update WordPress as well as all all plugins because of a security vulnerability that was mentioned. I later found out in google search console that my website has AMP issues dating from that exact time period.

The main errors I am receiving are:

A mandatory attribute is missing from an HTML tag.

    – The mandatory attribute ‘type’ is missing in tag ‘amphtml module engine script’.

There are scripts in the page using different release versions.

    – The script version for ‘amp-analytics’ is a module/nomodule version which mismatches with the first script on the page using the standard version

    – The script version for ‘amphtml nomodule engine script’ is a module/nomodule version which mismatches with the first script on theon the page using the standard version

    – The script version for ‘amp-iframe’ is a module/nomodule version which mismatches…..

  • For the first validation error it looks like your module scripts are missing the type attribute, (type=”module”). This may be coming from an optimization plugin, maybe WP Fastest Cache as per another users topic.

You can use this mini plugin to disable ES module scripts, installed and activated as a standard WordPress plugin. After doing so let me know and I can check your site once more.

If any you encounter any more validation errors please share your Site Health information via this form and we can check your current setup.

As we haven’t received a response, I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist. Thank you!
