    Hello,

I would need help for https://therapies-alternatives-bordeaux.fr. Indeed, I have 6 validated urls and 396 error index with your plugin. This is recent and I have no idea of what happened ! Maybe but I’m not sure this is the plugin ‘Schema & Structured Data for WP’ that created these problems…

Do you want my login access to the dashboard to check my installation ? I can provide it to you with no problems !
Thanks a lot for your help,
    Philippe

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • @wp207 I don’t see any errors with the AMP URLs I checked on your site, although you may have already handled/removed these from your AMP URLs. You can check the source of any of the errors using the validation tool, it should inform you if the plugin you mentioned is the cause. Under the “Sources” tab you can click on the dropdown option.

I do see one warning which related to the amp-analytics component being added twice. You can remove the duplicate resource in order to remove that warning.

You can also check for any structured data errors or warnings using the Structured Data Testing tool.

    Hello James,

    Thanks for your message !

I have a screen copy to send you, how can I do that as I can’t load a file here … ?

Furthermore, here is the Google link received 2 days ago showing the problems :
    https://search.google.com/search-console/amp?resource_id=sc-domain:therapies-alternatives-bordeaux.fr&utm_source=wnc_10030322&utm_medium=gamma&utm_campaign=wnc_10030322&utm_content=msg_100058679&hl=fr

Finally, I have seen that AMP needs a persistent cache plugin. I am using ‘AutoOptimize’ and ‘WP-Fastestcache’. Are they ok for AMP or do I need another one ?

    Thank you,
    Philippe

@wp207 You can use a browser extension such as a screenshare tool to share any of the errors. I use Awesome screenshot minus. The errors highlighted in Search Console may be stale, but share any such error and it’s related URL and I will check.

In relation to any of the persistent cache plugins I believe the ones you are using should be fine. Redis Object Cache is another which offers that feature.

    Hello,

I have a screenshot tool but I don’t know how to load the capture here in this messagae…
I am giving you my login to the dashboard : https://therapies-alternatives-bordeaux.fr/wp-admin

    login : admin5086 / 2q2NRpYyqrEY

You will see 396 errors in AMP.

@wp207 I have logged in and changed your password, it’s not safe to share login on the support forums.

You can use the lost password feature to change passwords once more.

@wp207 Looking at your site again you have a few plugins which are causing validation errors, can you disable the smartslider plugin you have active temporarily? You can then check again to see if any other validation errors exist.

You are right, I shouldn’t have shared my password on the forum; thanks for having changed it ! But I cannot login anymore as wordpress tells me that the reinitialisation link (sent by email to renew the password) seems to be not good. I will wait a few hours (maybe because of ‘WP limit login’ plugin).
When I can log in, for how long do I need to deactivate ‘smart slider’ ? One day, 2 days ? So that errors index disappear ! ?

@wp207 You can change your password via the database also. You can follow a guide such as this WP Beginner guide.

You can temporarily deactivate the Smart Slider plugin before then performing an AMP Validation check on any of your AMP URLs immediately after.
