AMP for Existing YouTube

    Hi there,
    We have many posts on our website with the standard You Tube iframes, like this: <iframe width=”560″ height=”315″ src=”https:USL” frameborder=”0″ allowfullscreen></iframe>

    how do we get this to work with AMP? Does your plugin replace these iframe tags with the correct AMP tags or do we need to manually update every post with new tags? If so, what are the tags supposed to have?
