AMP head insertion does not work

    Hi everyone,

    I use Ad Inserter for my website – great plugin, first of all! ?? I am going to buy the Pro Version as well.

    But now I am stuck in configuration for AMP. Unfortunately, I am not able to add the header script for AdSense into my AMP site. Here you can see my configuration for the header part, but the script is not added to my AMP site (I cannot find it in the source code).

    I use Automattic AMP plugin with newspaper X theme, by the way. I can insert normal Ad Blocks to AMP site with your plugin without any problems, but only the header settings are not working.

    Can you maybe help me with that issue? Thanks a lot in advance.

    what template mode do you use?

    Hi,

    I use Transitional mode.

    I enabled remote debugging. My site is not live yet, but here you can access one of my AMP sites with the credentials following: user / userpasswd

    I also wonder why the ads on AMP are still displayed, although the AdSense header script is not inserted?

    Would be great to get some help with integrating the header script correctly into my AMP site ?? Thanks a lot!

    The header script is inserted as configured.

    Block 2 and 3 contain AMP code which is inserted as configured.

    But that’s strange – are you sure, that the script actually comes from Ad Inserter plugin? If I disable or change the header code in the plugin, no changes are made in the source code…

    Nevertheless, great that it’s working now, but I still wonder why ??

    It should come from Ad Inserter as when I disable insertion the code is not present anymore.
