amp-image-lightbox extension .js script’ appears more than once

    1 month ago, when I reinstalled AMPforWP, search console was showing error:

    The tag ‘amp-image-lightbox’ requires including the ‘amp-image-lightbox’ extension JavaScript.

    After providing login details, AMP team helped me and made some changes.

    After few days I detected following error with 1-2 page

    The tag ‘amp-image-lightbox extension .js script’ appears more than once in the document. This will soon be an error.

    I wrote back to support team, they told me to ignore this error.

    Now this error is showing in 12 pages on my very small website. I am not sure if I should still ignore it?

    Along side; I have other problem of stylesheet specified in tag ‘style amp-custom’ is too long ( https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/stylesheet-specified-in-tag-style-amp-custom-is-too-long/#post-10576044 )

    Search console shows too many AMP issues every other day. One issue goes and other comes. People like me don’t know codes wonder, “what is happening”?

    Or may be we are in habit of installing apps and see them working fine.

    Hi Joyloan,

    I’m Sorry for the inconvenience you’ve faced.

    I’d like to inform you that you can now check that I’ve removed the Script which was added into the HTML Section.

    Let me explain to you that whenever you enable the Option of ” Lightbox for Images “, then the Script gets added automatically and the Warning was being shown because the Option was enabled and the Script was added as well.

    About the tag ‘style amp-custom’ issue, it doesn’t show up at my end could you send me the proper URL on which this is displayed and a Screenshot so that I can check it for you?

    I again failed validation for this error in Search Console. It is showing same problem.

    I did URL inspection. individual URLs are also showing same error.

    May be I should wait for 1-2 days before attempting validate in Search Console.
