AMP inside XML Sitemap

    Hi all,
    I’m testing amp plugin and on over pages and products are present suffix /amp/.

    Is it possible put inside sitemaps xml “*/amp” using the function External web pages?

  • Hi, better not include AMP?pages in your sitemap.

    They are specific representations of existing “normal” posts/pages but treating them as normal pages (put in the sitemap) might cause duplicate content issues.

    Each normal post/page will include a link tag in the head section like

    
<link rel="amphtml" href="https://www.your.si/te/amp/">

    to indicate to search engines where they can find the AMP?version. This will be more than enough for them to know what to do ??
